All purchases made on our website are subject to the shipping rules below.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Any orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will start processing on the next working day.
If your order contains both in-stock items and out-of-stock pre-order goods, we will hold the whole parcel and ship all items together once pre-order products arrive, unless you pay split shipping cost for separate deliveries.
Shipping Cost & Extra Remote Surcharge
Standard shipping fee is displayed during checkout according to destination country.
Free standard shipping applies when your subtotal reaches $69 (US & CA only).
Remote towns, islands and isolated zip codes will incur an extra remote area delivery fee, which will be shown before final payment.
Expedited shipping is available as an optional paid upgrade for faster delivery.
Estimated Transit Time
United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
Mainland Europe: 11–21 business days
All other countries: 15–33 business days
All delivery times are estimated and not legally binding due to uncertain international logistics.
Tracking Notice
Tracking numbers will be emailed after dispatch. Logistics information usually updates within 2–4 working days on the courier’s official website.
Customs Related Fees
Import tax, customs duty and clearance fees are set by local customs and must be borne by buyers. We will not take responsibility for packages detained by customs or relevant resulting costs.
Package Problems & Address Changes
Address correction is only allowed before shipment; no modification is available once goods are in transit.
Damaged or missing goods need to be claimed within 8 calendar days after delivery with photos and order ID; overdue applications will be rejected.
Other Terms
We reserve the right to cancel orders to regions with strict import restrictions without prior notice. Delays caused by force majeure are out of our liability scope.
